Do you have the ability to develop our organisation, our leaders and employees, and are you a dedicated HR enthusiast with solid business practice? Then you might be our new HR Business Partner for Danfoss Global Services Logistics. You will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programmes and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy. You will become part of our Global Services Logistics Management Team, and your success will depend on your ability to provide consultancy and drive service to deliver best-practice and business-focused HR solutions to meet our business requirements. HR services, Change Management and Organisational Development As HR Business Partner, your overall mission will be to ensure deliverance of focused HR services in close cooperation with our People managers, employees and the rest of the HR community within the Danfoss Group. With your exhaustive experience within HR and your natural authority, you will act both as a sparring partner and a change manager in relation to organisational development and divisional objectives. Other key tasks will be: •Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organisational and people performance through engagement •Develop and support excellent leadership in the organisation. •Create strategic workforce forecasting and identify strategic competences for the future •Coaching and development – for both People Managers and employees. Initiate and lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation and engagement within the organisation •Participate in group and global HR and divisional projects and continuous improvements •Lead Change Management initiatives with people impact •Create and maintain a strong network among HR partners in Danfoss •Provide business priorities and annual goals to the Centre of Excellence/HR Operations to ensure alignment •Participate in recruitment processes Business acumen and change management experience You have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (could be HRM, Business Administration or similar), and/or perhaps you have solid experience from a management position. You have several years’ of HR-related experience from an industrial environment – preferably in an international company. You have obtained solid experience by working with the challenges of leading transformation processes and change management initiatives. You are very structured in your approach to working with HR and are especially focused on getting things done. Furthermore, you are robust, competent in managing diversity and know how to deal with organisational resistance to change. It is essential that you can make yourself heard in the organisation as well as in the management team. Last but not least, you master Danish and English fluently.
