Are you a fast-learning team player who can take the lead and follow through on yearly HR processes as well as further developing HR policies and practices? Then you might be our new CVP HR Business Partner for 2 CVP-areas; Strategic Sourcing and Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM). About the department You will be based in Bagsværd in the headquarters of Novo Nordisk, and can also expect to travel to the manufacturing sites in Kaluga and Koriyama as part of your responsibilities in CLM. You will be part of a team of HR and communications professionals, People & Organisation in Devices & Supply Chain Management (PODS), which consists of 7 HR Business Partners, a Training Partner and a Communications Partner. Jointly, we are responsible for ensuring that the general HR processes are conducted professionally and for supporting the areas when it comes to HR questions. The Job As the CVP HR Business Partner for Strategic Sourcing and CLM, it is your primary responsibility to support the CVPs and their management teams with planning and executing the central yearly HR processes, such as the salary regulation and the employee engagement survey. It will also be your responsibility to the yearly Organisational Review process, where leadership and organisational development initiatives specific to your areas will be identified. As part of the PODS-team, you will be tasked with driving or contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives and events, e.g. joint leadership training or talent management programmes. Qualifications You are an experienced and mature HR Business Partner with excellent stakeholder and communication skills. You thrive in environments where you can make independent decisions, and enjoy working together with others and explore synergies. You are able to manage administrative tasks as well as solve analytical challenges, and you proactively seek out opportunities to contribute. You speak and write English fluently, and you have great people skills.
