We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager located in Copenhagen or London. You will be reporting to the VP Human Resources EMEA, APAC & Emerging Markets. About the job You are motivated to work in a Danish founded company as a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, where you will lead all activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation & benefits policies and programs across the globe for Sitecore. The role requires the incumbent to ensure that employee salary packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations. Your responsibilities •Work closely with the VP of Human Resources to support the design, development, administration and communication of Sitecore’s compensation and benefit programs, policies and procedures •Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company’s competitive position •Identify and assess emerging regional trends and any potential impact on the internal compensation programs to proactively respond to new market initiatives •Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems •Recommend company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and prepare special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock options •Administer and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements; assist employees with benefit claim administration inquiries •Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices •Deliver compensation presentations to HR and client groups on request •Assist in difficult managerial and employee inquiries and provide appropriate counsel on matters of compensation & benefits •Assist in projects and benchmarking initiatives to ensure that Sitecore remains competitive in the marketplace relative to compensation programs and costs •Independently manage all external compensation vendor activities including the development of program concepts, evaluating vendors, as well as approving program expenditures and exceptions to policy •Develop complex data queries using HRIS and other applications to support compensation needs and decisions •Manage activities under the Recognition and Reward Program (program design, administration, implementation, assessment, etc.) •Contributes to performance reviews Your qualifications •You have 8-10 years of experience in managing a similar role with wide-ranging experience and can use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex compensation related issues in creative and effective ways •You have a degree in finance, business administration, economics or human resources. Post Graduate degree is desirable •Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is required •Strong query experience using data reporting tools (HRIS and Excel) is required •Strong analytical, project management, time management and communication skills needed •Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information •Advanced knowledge of multi-country statutory requirements related to compensation and benefit administration are essential •Teamwork, creative problem solving, attention to detail and quantitative skills are required •Strategically partner across areas, entities, and functions; work to achieve win-win solutions to achieve outcomes •You are able to legally reside and work in Denmark or UK.
