Co-drive core HR processes In this position, you join the Engineering & Quality HR team that drives the People, Capability, and Culture agenda in a global Business Unit. You become an important co-driver in the HR core processes and HR key focus areas to secure capability building as well as global coherence and collaboration. You assume a close partnership with the HR Business Partners to drive and secure a sound and visionary HR agenda in the Business Units - and in close collaboration with the Business Partners, you: Secure strong on-boarding in regards to people, culture, processes and systems Secure generic professionalism and systematic development and learning Facilitate and drive HR core processes, sessions and workshops Develop and deploy process excellence to create clarity on how we work with job catalogues and position profiles Partake in analytical HR assignments, e.g. people review analytics to create HR processes that adds value to the business Add value and make an impact As HR Consultant, you add value by sparring with, and supporting, the HR Business Partners and business units on best practice. You will be facilitating and assisting the business on the HR agenda. Independent and business-minded HR-professional To succeed in this role, you need to have a proactive mindset. It is a plus if you know what it means to work in a global matrix organisation, where stakeholders exist across borders and disciplines and cultural sensitivity and awareness is needed.
