For the HR Business Consulting team in Siemens, Ballerup, we are looking for a HR Consultant to support our corporate functions and assist the HR Consulting team with day-to-day tasks. This position plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations. We are looking for a team player that can handle a multitude of responsibilities, support cross-functional teams and assist with special projects. The HR Business Consulting team is responsible for the execution and implementation of a variety of HR tasks, covering the entire HR lifecycle. As an HR Consultant you will be part of a highly dedicated team of approx. 35 HR professionals allocated to business entities across Denmark. The team is working closely together with the Shared Services organization in Denmark and with HR specialists providing consulting services within the areas Recruitment, Legal, Compensation & Benefit and People & Talent Management. What are your responsibilities? Supporting the responsible HR Business Partner with various tasks including performance reviews, management development, successor planning, development dialogues, workforce reductions and other HR-related development tasks Assist in coordinating and rolling-out various Corporate and Business Unit HR initiatives, policies and practices Tracking of data, assistance with execution of HR processes, developing HR power point/materials, setting up and preparing for key HR meetings Assists with special projects in the HR area Assists with the kick-off activities associated with annual HR processes such as the performance management process, target setting, development assessments etc. Provides hands-on support to managers to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness and ensuring compliance How do you qualify for this job? You have an educational background within organization, strategy or leadership, combined with relevant work experience from similar positions You have a strong focus on the business as well as on the combination of business needs and high-quality HR deliverables You have the ability to work independently and a desire to take responsibility You have a very good understanding of the traditional key processes within the HR area, including legal cases You are proactive and have good presentation skills enabling you to communicate on all organizational levels Creating and maintaining high-quality relations is a natural part of your personality You are self-starting, robust and possess strong decision-making skills. Furthermore, you have a structured and quality-oriented approach to your assignments You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint You possess excellent Danish and English language skills What else do you need to know?
