At Gubra we are looking for a dedicated and talented addition to the HR team with focus on people development for our growing company. The ideal candidate has experience with people development in regards of on-boarding, retention, talent management and/or career opportunities - and is able to initiate, drive and facilitate novel initiatives in all parts of the company. The candidate is motivated by delivering the message and has a well-developed toolbox to do so. Further the candidate will be working closely with the Senior HR Partner handling the many diverse HR tasks, hence general good understanding of all human resource aspects is needed.  

Moreover, the candidate should be self-driven, have an open mindset and excellent communication skills, in addition to being self-motivated and able to navigate and collaborate in an energetic organization. The ideal candidate is ready to support a research focused company and appreciate delivering a high level of quality and service – every time. 

Our workdays can be quite hectic with rapid changes and it is therefore essential that you have a flexible attitude and that you are ready to join forces when needed. At Gubra, we strongly believe in advancing the understanding of metabolic diseases by continuously testing our hypotheses by conducting scientific studies. As a HR Consultant/Partner at Gubra, you will support that vision by being service minded, a cultural role model and set people development even higher on the agenda. 

Your tasks as part of the HR team are varied, but include: 

• Develop the leadership and employee development strategy together with the Sr. HR Partner and the Executive Management team 
• Translate the development strategy into a plan and ensure execution/implementation  
• Drive the continued implementation of on-boarding program 
• Drive and facilitate workshops with different focus areas  
• Planning of career paths and opportunities 
• Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures 
• Take part in certain recruiting processes as directed by the Sr. HR Partner 
• Assist and support general HR Operations e.g. legal, HR Data etc. 

 
Professional qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in HR or related field preferred 
• At least 5 years of experience with learning, facilitating and training, including designing and developing workshops and courses. 
• You have a well-developed toolbox of practical learning methods 
• General HR understanding and insight in Danish Employment Law
• Fluent in oral and written English

You take great pride in your professional work. Your personal qualifications include team spirit, good communication skills and a constructive mind set. In general, you have a positive approach and are dedicated to your tasks. You are on time and simultaneously manage to be flexible. Moreover, you are capable of managing many different tasks ranging from deep detail to big scale levels.
