Then join HR Operations, which is a global team, including HR employees in the Grundfos Production Companies. In total, we have people on 12 locations all over the world and are responsible for delivering in all disciplines within HR and organisational development. You will work for both the global Operations organisation, as well as support the Danish team. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? We are entering a phase in our organisational development seeing a need for streamlining our way of sharing information in a more comprehensive way. As our new HR Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting this development by structuring and coordinating this communication. Your task is to create an overview as well as establish and maintain the communication platform to ensure easy access to information for all our important stakeholders in the organisation to strengthen the collaboration and globalisation of the entity. At all times, you are in close cooperation with the different Operations functions and Production companies. Another important part of your job is oriented more towards classic HR tasks related to the Danish Production entity as well as the Global HR activities. As such, you are the secretary for the European and Danish Workers Council. You participate in meetings and take the minutes as well as collect and manage People KPI's in Operations. Being responsible for the HR coordination, you keep the HR budget (including Quick Procurement and Vendor Invoice Management). A minor part of your job will be to handle meetings as well as travel planning, record absence and vacation. Over time it is possible to be involved in different HR related projects and activities. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have experience with different communication platforms, e.g. Yammer or Sharepoint and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP. And eventually, you have a Bachelor in English, Communication or similar enabling you to be successful in the job. You speak fluent Danish and English and are able to keep your communication sharp and to the point. “On a personal level, you work in a structured and systematic manner, creating a comprehensive overview based on many details. Also, you are out-going, proactive and have the drive and persistency to overcome potential challenges - and keep an overview..
