ECCO is looking for a passionate HR Data and Analytics Consultant. ECCO is an organization, which is in constant development and is characterised by an informal tone as well as strong teamwork. The candidate will a part of a small newly established team with many exiting tasks ahead. The HR Data and Analytics Consultant must be motivated by working with data and utilizing the data and at the same time be business oriented to bring value to the business. Also the candidate must be driven by the opportunity to develop the focus on HR data and Analytics and to support all HR business processes. Job Profile: Develop and maintain global SAP HR master data to ensure quality for end users Develop SAP HR competences in the Global HR community through various forms of training Perform general HR SAP support to local super users and end users Sparring with the business on HR SAP solutions and possibilities Be a part of a newly launched global BI project and offer ad-hoc HR reporting support Support the maintenance of the authorizations concept and the operation hereof Support on HR SAP projects and enhancements Qualifications and Work Experience: You have a relevant theoretical background at Masters level. At least 3 years of experience with HR Data, HR SAP or SAP in general You enjoy analytical work and independently plan, follow up and control. You are structured and have a talent for detail. You thrive on challenges; enjoy being busy and enjoy working in a very dynamic environment You are ambitious and hard working You are quality-oriented and meet deadlines Group language is English which you master in speech and writing We offer: This is a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment where initiatives and ideas are highly appreciated.
