Ramboll HR is currently looking for an intern for 2016 for a 10-week-period beginning in April and ending in June. The intern will join our team of HR Business Partners and support our HR services provided to the business. During the internship, you will have a great opportunity to learn how to translate theory and empirical data into HR practice in an international business setting. Your responsibilities As an intern in our HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners in delivering a broad range of HR services and global HR processes related to the entire people life cycle. You and Your competencies We expect that: You are studying M.Sc. in Human Resources (cand.merc.hrm., cand.soc.hrm.), M.Sc. in Psychology (cand.merc.(psyk.), cand.psych.) or a related field of study You are keen to learn about and to work with HR in practice, both HR administration/ management and HR development Your English language level is proficient in a business setting You have great people skills Your high ethical standards are aligned with our Ramboll values when making HR decisions Join our HR department You will be based in our headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Our department consists of 18 HR professionals delivering various specialised HR services to the entire company. In the department, you will have great opportunity to take on a broad range of professional and personal challenges. At the same time, a highly skilled team of HR professionals will be standing behind you prepared to help and assist when needed. The internship is 30-35 hours per week by appointment.
