We are looking for a HR IT/Payroll Specialist for our Payroll department in Brande, Denmark. You will be part of a highly competent and motivated team responsible for all payroll and travel expense administration for both salaried and hourly paid employees in all Siemens companies in Denmark. What are my responsibilities? We need an expert on SAP HR Time and Travel set-up to: · Prepare suggestions for configuration solutions. · Transform local and collective agreements into SAP HR. · Act as sparring partner between IT and Payroll. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Experience with configuration of SAP HR TIME/TRAVEL and payroll. · Preferably experience with configuration of Lessor Løn and Lessor Tid. · Experience within project management. · The ability to find solutions to problems and communicate suggested solutions to/between Payroll and IT. · The ability to work structured and focused with assignments and act as facilitator for projects. · Preferably experience with collective agreements and SAP. · Good communication skills in English and Danish, both orally and in writing.
