As our new Project Manager within Talent Acquisition you will play a key role in this endeavor. You will be driving projects within Talent Acquisition in our Danish HR department and act as the head of our Postgraduate Programme in Denmark. The position is based in Nordborg and you become part of a well-functioning team, working with high performance everyday. Talent acquisition and process development To succeed as our new Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will have to act interdependently and enterprising, as managers and other stakeholders in Danfoss will rely on you to drive our Danish talent acquisition initiatives. You will continuously innovate our Danish HR projects to meet the changing requirements of our company and support the attraction of new talents. In your role as Head of our Postgraduate Programme in Denmark, you will be responsible for designing and driving processes based on our global programme standards from recruitment to programme off-boarding after two years. The tasks include branding, recruitment, onboarding and planning of training and social events. Your overall focus will be to ensure the highest level of quality in our Danish talent acquisition processes. You will use your analytical mindset to ensure development and improvements and act proactively to support your stakeholders. Ultimately, we expect your activities and performance to be reflected in the quality of the talent pool. Natural born Project Manager with solid HR experience You have a relevant educational background at a Master’s level and you come with solid experience within HR and Project Management. You could previously have been HR partner, working within corporate HR or have been managing a talent attraction programme. You have an analytical approach to your projects that enable you to develop and innovate programmes and processes on basis of acquired knowledge and data. Furthermore, you come with great cooperative and interpersonal skills and a natural incentive to facilitate teamwork and support stakeholders.
