Support & take part in the full HR lifecycle
We are four colleagues in the HR team working on strategic and operational level to support all departments in Sennheiser Communications. The company has experienced rapid growth and we have implemented several HR systems and procedures that require updates, maintenance and coordination.
The position offers you an opportunity to develop hands-on operational HR experience and be involved in a broad range of HR operational tasks and processes. You will work together with all four team members and we will make sure that you learn the ropes along the way in the following areas:
- Ensure that our employees have a good onboarding experience: send welcome mails, upload pictures and other information, and schedule training sessions
- Update & maintain employee data in our HRM system
- Assist in the recruitment process with e.g. scheduling interviews, screening and following-up on candidates
- Document & update HR processes
- Handle all visa applications for our colleagues
You will be employed on flexible terms that fit your study curriculum, but you should be able to be at our office in Ballerup twice a week in regular office hours (approx.15hrs).
Required qualifications
For this role, we are looking for a student, who preferably is enrolled in the first years of a Bachelor study program related to HR, Communications, Psychology or similar.
You thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail and communication with various stakeholders. You are good at providing outstanding service and following-up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. We value independent thinking, a proactive attitude and a high sense for quality work. Fluency in English is indispensable, as it is our corporate language.
