Supporting the business on multiple agendas As Student Assistant in Finance HR, you will: - Help develop career maps and job profiles - Follow up/coordinate trainings and learning activities - Play a central role in coordination and communication of global projects - Assist HR Partners on various ad hoc tasks - Coordinate and track progress on several complex, global searches simultaneously - Follow up on staff planning and workforce planning - Take on administrative work Student with strong networking skills and a knack for getting things done Has an eye for the detail and is able to extract information and transform it into presentations Good communicator who masters Power Points and Excel Are a social media wiz who knows how to search for information in a structured manner Are probably studying for a master degree in HRM, business or similar, which has given you a solid understanding of how companies are organized and how HR contributes to the performance of the business Take a structured approach to solving tasks and is not afraid of reaching out actively to stakeholders Are self-driven and able to plan your tasks, enabling you to work with several tasks and processes at once Communicate effortlessly in English Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
