Description Are you looking for a new and exciting role within HRIS?Do you have experience managing a team across multiple locations and countries?Do you strive to provide best in class customer service to an international customer base?

You could be our dream candidate! We are currently looking for an HRIS / HR Technology Manager, Europe. In this role you will manage a team of HR Technology Analysts providing systems support to all HR Teams in the region.  Current systems in scope:  Oracle HCM Cloud, Kronos Activities and Timekeeping, Neocase  HR Power (Request Management), Taleo, as well as  Integrations from our HCM system to our ADP (SAP) payroll solution. 

Key areas of responsibility: 

  • Day to day supervision of and participation in the HR Technology support team, ensuring customer satisfaction and a high level of support for the systems in scope.
  • Keep working documentation up to date, such as technical specification documents, local work instructions and users guides.
  • Develop and deliver customer focused training and end user support material.
  • In cooperation with other HR functions and Corporate stakeholders, develop system training plans for different user groups.
  • Build strong working relationships and communication channels with dependent support teams and stakeholders, such as Global HR Technology, IT Support and in-country/regional HR Management / HR Services Teams.
  • Participate as Subject Matter Expert in large scale systems projects, such as new implementations and roll outs.
  • Work in close collaboration with the other regional and country teams in providing a joined up systems and service approach to HR service delivery across the region.
  • Identify user groups for each of our systems and maintain regular communication with these.

 

 

Qualifications The right candidate will be:

  • Able to work under own recognisance and time management to ensure an efficient service delivery.
  • Able to multi task and manage business as usual activities alongside project support commitments.
  • Experienced in leading a team across multiple locations and countries.
  • Proactive in nature in suggestions for improvements or better ways of working.
  • Comfortable with communicating in English and have the confidence and ability to interact with colleagues at senior levels or in different geographies of the organisation.
  • Energised by challenges and drawn towards opportunities, driving and developing these within the team
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of customer focus.
  • Able to define, work within and improve business processes whilst exercising good judgement based on immediate and future business needs.
  • Able to orchestrate multiple activities and resources to accomplish a goal.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Higher education within relevant subject.
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
  • Good underlying experience with HR Applications and their structures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of any of our systems in scope.
  • Advanced MS Excel and general data manipulation skills.
