Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...advise and support HSE management regarding HSE-related topics and align HSE processes and governance across operations activities. You will also be in charge of stakeholder management and communication towards the HSE department (HQ) and Operations site management. You will provide information and guidance to all levels of the company.

You will also be responsible for:

• Cross-functional dialogue with Operations management
• Establish HSE processes and governance across Operations activities and ensure implementation
• Prepare Operations processes to adhere to local legislation and ensure compliance prior to initiating Operations
• Prepare and support audit activities in Operations, to ensure HSE readiness prior initiating activities
• Assess HSE readiness requirements for entering new markets
• Constantly looking for areas to improve HSE

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has experience with HSE management in the offshore industry and knowledge of and experience with HSE audits and processes. You have knowledge of HSE legislation and the ability to interpret government approved cores of practices to ensure legal compliance. As a person, you are a flexible and motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset. You can take ownership and responsibility of tasks and have the ability to influence various stakeholders.

We expect that you:

• Have experience with HSE risk management and knowledge of and experience with HSE audits and processes
• Have good communication and English skills
• Have good IT skills
• Enjoy engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in the organisation
• Are a pro-active and curious self-starter
• Have a structured and systematic approach and great analytical skills
