Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...continuously contribute to developing the HSE reporting scheme and make sure that it meets company standards and stakeholder requirements. You will assess and validate data in all HSE reporting and ensure, the data is presented and communicated in a clear-cut and transparent way. It will be your responsibility to ensure data consistency and set up a company aligned reporting scheme accommodating industry needs. In close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders, you will define and agree on the framework for all HSE reporting and the associated plans for deployment.

You will also be responsible for:

• Developing a framework for all HSE data processing, incl. data extraction, validation and presentation
• Supporting and collaborating with the team on data extraction, validation, analysis and presentation
• Create uniform and concise reporting templates (e.g. in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Dynamics 365)
• Ad-hoc administration tasks (HSE mailbox, PPE support, distribution of reports, Sharepoint administration etc.)

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...is highly analytical, systematic and has flair for numbers and statistics. Relevant experience working with (HSE) statistics, data analysis and reporting is a prerequisite. You have an eye for presenting different types of data in an understandable and clear-cut manner. As a person, you are service-minded and outgoing, and you are a team player finding stakeholder management to be an integrated part of the job.

We expect that you:

• Have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. engineer, data scientist, economist)
• Are agile and flexible but able to stay focused
• Have advanced MS Office/IT skills
• Have experience with SharePoint, Visio, Dynamics 365 and Power BI
• Have practical experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards (advantage, not required)
• Are able to solve a variety of administrative ad hoc tasks in the team
