About the department Aseptic Production Support and Optimisation is a part of DFP Manufacturing Development. Our main focus is to provide process and technical support to Novo Nordisk’s insulin production sites globally. A vital part of this work is to implement technology strategies in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). You will be a part of the Aseptic Production support team consisting of experienced Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Professionals and Technicians covering various technical areas. The job HVAC is a vital part of aseptic production. As HVAC Professional your overall objective is to support the Novo Nordisk production facilities on HVAC matters located at 7 sites across 4 continents. The support includes guidance on validation, design / modifications and failure investigations with local colleagues and/or experts within related areas. You will contribute to best practise development and sharing across the production sites and identify areas for optimisation. You will be responsible for anchoring best practises, optimisations and compliance updates in written procedures developed with colleagues from all sites. You should expect approximately 20 days of travel annually. Qualifications HVAC / Mechanical Engineering background is preferred. You have minimum 4 years practical experience with HVAC for pharmaceutical production. You master HVAC and have an eye for the purpose – the production environment and the production processes. You understand HVAC regulatory conditions. You must be able to handle several tasks at once and have the ability to prioritize those tasks accordingly. You are able to communicate on all organisational levels - with operators, managers and specialists - across cultural differences verbally as well as in writing. To succeed it is crucial that you thrive working independently as well as in a team. Finally, you have very good English skills, written as well as spoken.
