Overview: Mellanox Technologies in Roskilde is looking for a Verification Engineer to join the verification team. As part of the Verification team based you will be verifying complex mixed signal circuit designs. This role will involve interfacing closely with the design team as well as other teams in the company, so good communication skills and team working abilities are essential to this role, as well as the desire to push the boundaries of verification throughout the company. As a Verification Engineer you will be responsible for Verifying analog functionality and analog performance of mixed-signal circuits using Specman and the e language. This is done by running constrained random tests according to the product specific verification plan. You will be responsible for the functional verification of one or several blocks or subsystems. The right candidate will receive adequate training in the areas necessary to succeed in the position. Responsibilities: Typical tasks and responsibilities: ?Verification planning ?Verification of analog circuits ?Development of constrained random testbenches in e using Specman and UVM ?Communication and collaboration with analog designers, verification engineers etc. Qualifications: •Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or related fields. •No prior experience expected other than interest in verification of ASIC designs. •Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills. •Strong debug & problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •High team spirit. •Very good command of English (full professional proficiency). Desirable: •Knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) •Fundamental understanding of mixed-signal semiconductor circuit technology •Scripting in Tcl / Perl / Python etc. •Knowledge of C, C++ etc.
