Job ID: 185676 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: full time For our Project Management Excellence department, we are looking an Implementation Manager to coordinate and prepare input for installation and implementation of new turbines and lifting equipment. As an Implementation Manager, you will contribute to continuous development and improvement of processes and overall product maturity. What are my responsibilities? • Coordinate and participate in product, project and process reviews and alignment meetings • Support in development of new lifting equipment • Implementation of new lifting equipment • Interface to special equipment development • Develop prototype TSWA training and execute prototype TSWA training • Manage development of new installation and handling equipment What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a technical educational background e.g. Marine Engineer or Engineer, preferably with experience from the construction or wind industry • You have experience in managing teams as well as subcontractors • You have technical knowledge combined with planning & implementing skills and contract insight • You are able to work within a multicultural & process environment and with process improvement as well as working with complex contracts • You are an experienced IT user • You are a strong communicator with excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In this position, you must expect up to 25% travel activities. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
