Are you an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual who takes pride in delivering a best in class customer service?

In this role you will be responsible for the ordering process both offline and online, ensuring timely inputting or orders and releasing orders, for a same day dispatch. You will take responsibility for ensuring any customer complaints are handled to the customer satisfaction, with minimum escalation.

You will work closely with a number of key functions including quotes, technical, marketing and finance, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial acumen, and a full understanding of our organisation. You do not need to have experience or knowledge of electronics!

Do you have?

• An excellent telephone manner

• Previous experience within a customer focussed environment

• The ability to work within a fast paced working environment

• Excellent customer focus and know how to deliver a best in class customer service

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft and feel computer Savvy with a sound understanding of the Web

• Finnish language with a understanding of Swedish (native or C2 level) and good busines English.
