Your responsibilities as Infrastructure Quality Specialist In NNIT’s Infrastructure Compliance Services department we support our business in ensuring our IT infrastructure operation and projects comply with our Quality Management System as well as current regulatory requirements for the life science industry. Your responsibilities will include: •Providing consultancy to Service Owners and project managers in planning and executing quality assurance activities •Acting as reviewer of IT project and IT operations documentation, ensuring that process requirements are met •Identifying and implementing service and process improvements •Involvement in continual improvement of NNIT’s quality management system •Training of employees in regulatory requirements and NNIT’s quality management system You will join our Infrastructure Compliance Services team The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues with a high passion for securing the right level of quality and security in NNIT infrastructure services. You will collaborate with quality specialists in NNIT offices in Czech Republic, Denmark and China, and continually develop your skills to take on new challenges. You will participate in internal as well as customer related projects. We are focused on your personal development and ensure that our employees have the right tools to perform. Your qualifications and experience You have a university degree or similar with a solid experience in quality management, IT projects and infrastructure of an enterprise IT environment. Experience with ISO 9001, ITIL as well as GxP requirements are preferred. Official certifications will give a candidate an edge. You are a strong team player, have a "business first" mind-set and enjoy working in a sometimes hectic environment where tasks and priorities can change. Very good spoken and written English is required as formal communication and documentation often will be in English. Last, but not least, strong communication skills with the capability to present complex matters in both writing and orally is an advantage.
