As part of IT SAM (IT Strategy, Architecture and Methodology) we in Tools contribute in reaching the ambitious vision; Nordea being among the top five European Banks in terms of maturity of IT Lifecycle Management by 2020, by providing all necessary development and test tools. As a section in MTS (Methods, Tools and Support) we also contribute in creating and delivering IT Strategies, Methodologies, Standards and relevant Development and Test Support Services. We are contributing in setting the direction and standards for all of Nordea. The position we offer We deliver development and test tools and participate in creation of methodologies, standards and governance of IT Lifecycle Management in creation of a simplified leading digitalized bank. Tools are part of Methods, Tools and Support and travel activities are usually very limited. We are 13 employees in a Nordic unit, and five in India, where English is our common working language. As IT Infrastructure Specialist in Tools it is your responsibility to: • Evaluate Development and Test Tools and contribute in selecting and setting up needed tools • Give strategic support with main focus on development tools • Give strategic advice to units that want to set up a development and test toolset • Internal and external communications related to EDC setup, that handles 1st and 2nd line support The qualifications you need Competencies that are required: • Team Player • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages and English, both oral and written • Technical knowledge and tools skills • Skills in tool administration e.g. server installation, server administration, product installations, product administration, license handling Competencies that will give an advantage: • System administration • Network administration • Change and Configuration Management • Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence • Knowledge of HP Test tools • Developer background • Java • Linux • Continuous Integration • Experience with databases • Certifications in development and/or test (ISTQB) • Experience in agile ways of working • Sourcing knowledge More information and send application Please contact Morten Andresen at morten.andresen (at) nordea.com or +4790129233.
