Carlsberg Group Sales, Marketing and Innovation Innovation Coordinator, Carlsberg Headquarters Copenhagen This position offers you an exciting opportunity to join a highly dedicated team at Carlsberg Headquarters. The position is located in Copenhagen however you will interact with the global organization and work in a multi-cultural setting. Responsibilities: You will get a diverse number of responsibilities within reporting, process and packaging innovation: • Innovation KPIs report: responsible to create the innovation performance report 2 times per year to evaluate the health of Carlsberg innovation. • Quarterly newsletter: responsible to create the document we use to share best practices among all the markets, and the most interesting market insights of the moment • Innovation Portal: webmanager of the Global Innovation portal, point of contact for the global Innovation Community We have recently renovated the global Carlsberg innovation process and approval governance and you will handle for instance: • The contact for the markets involved (30 over 3 Regions) and work with them on future improvements. • The super user of the Sharepoint application that is controlling the approval flow on our local and global innovations • Additional our team is working on different breakthrough global packaging projects and you will be to discussing the packaging innovation needs with the markets, prepare together with them the business cases of the solution we agree have potential and manage the Innovation projects related. Profile: We are looking for a candidate with the following profile: • Finance, Technical degree. Marketing background and a Master degree would be a plus (Strong analytical skills are necessary for the job). • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, experience with SharePoint would be a plus. • Project management experience • Fluent English language • Ability to work in big teams • Strong personal commitment In return we offer a great opportunity to build a truly international network, to development your stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills and to lead complex virtual teams.
