Puut A/S is a leading blockchain and AI company that offers mobile wallet services, social finance enablement and content sharing as a service to end-users, service providers and merchants alike. Puut A/S is seeking to bring the experience of a traditional cloud network to mobile devices, a global mobile experience to mobile phone users and an operator and bank agnostic approach to mobile wallet services.
We are looking for an Innovation Lead with strong interest in Fintech, Artificial Intelligence and Cryptocurrencies.
Responsibilities and goals:
- Build a business-to-business-to-customer experience product that presents a unique Puut Wallet perspective
- Interact with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX design, and UX research
- Manage the product roadmap: capture requirements from stakeholders to understand and prioritize work, ensuring that the team is always working on the most impactful projects
- Create knowledge about the problems that you’re tackling through research and regular interaction with customers; define and frame those problems together with the team
- Collaborate with the team and others in thinking big and in imagining future solutions that solve these problems
- Scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as possible
- Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures
- Own and maintain the quality of the product areas your are responsible for
- Deliver world-class impactful software at every step of the way
We are looking for you if you have:
- Strong interest in Fintech, Artificial Intelligence and cryptocurrencies
- Experience as a SaaS Product Manager (5+ years), with a proven track record of shipping impactful products in
- Strong product design experience and background to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user experiences
- Great communication skills and are able to explain product decisions and the rationale behind them
- Solid experience working with quantitative and qualitative customer insights and data, working with user research, test, design research and analytics to make inform decisions
- Extensive knowledge on the technical architecture of the complex web and mobile applications
- MSc in Engineering or Management of Technology
- Good oral and written communication skills in English combined with an ability to work across different teams
