We are currently seeking an Installation Coordinator to support our site teams with all technical and project related tasks. Vestas Northern Europe, Construction, WTG Supervision and Commissioning Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Construction department is responsible for the installation of all windfarms within our area. The team of Installation Coordinators consists of 5 very highly skilled and motivated persons and we collaborate with a lot of different departments within Vestas as well as external to Vestas. The team is dynamic, always busy, and life is never boring. We plan and influence our own workday under freedom with responsibility. Responsibilities: The primary tasks and responsibilities for the position are: Support Project Managers throughout the project on a technical level. Ensure the needed documentation, tools and spare parts are available during the project to avoid any delays. Daily handling of Non Conformities. Daily contact to Supervisors, Site Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Sub-suppliers, etc. Contribute to reducing time on site. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience from a similar position within a project driven organization. You must have good communicative skills (both verbally and written) and be able to interact with all levels of the organisation from fitters to senior management Competencies: A zero accident mindset Able to work under tight deadlines from time to time. Fluently in English, verbal and written. Good working knowledge of SAP is essential Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Creoview, Infor XA is an advantage What we offer: We offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.
