Do you have experience in E&P and in planning and executing offshore work? In this position, you are overall responsible for a safe and efficient decommissioning of phased out facilities. You will also be responsible for the transportation and installation of new facilities in the North Sea Sector. As Installation & Decommissioning Manager, you will be given the freedom to use your experience, sharp mind and great ideas. You will be a central player and factor in our success as you drive the installation and decommissioning activities, and you will be exposed to the full design-to-decommissioning value chain of disciplines as well as further your skills within project economy, planning and execution. Key Responsibilities You will be contract owner for the transportation, installation and decommissioning contracts. In doing so, you will evaluate options and solutions to select the most optimal technical and economical solutions, just as you prepare tender material (basis of design, ITT, scope of work, T&Cs, etc.). Moreover, you will: Be responsible for cost and schedule for the transportation, installation and decommissioning Oversee and follow up on external design contractors and vendors Co-ordinate with other disciplines in the project to ensure continual iteration of optimal solutions and alignment of interfaces Provide technical direction for design, transport and installation contractors Prepare concise material for communication to both internal and external stakeholders Your mission is to ensure that all activities are performed in a cost-effective manner and that safety is always our top priority. As such, you serve as an ambassador for the company values as you work to maintain an unceasing focus on operations excellence and innovation. You collaborate with numerous stakeholders within different asset areas such as government authorities, DUC partners, technical authorities, Asset Operation and Offshore Construction as well as the Project Manager and Project Leadership Team. Who we are looking for In this position, it is important that you have sufficient experience to be able to work independently across disciplines with minimal guidance. It also takes strong leadership and communication skills to be able to communicate potential solutions clearly and concisely to a broad audience, both internally and externally. Moreover, you: Ideally have experience with decommissioning, transportation and installation.
