For our training department in Service Wind Power we are looking for an instructor to carry out the Service Site Management training (SSMT). SSMT is a program with the purpose of supplying our operational leaders with the comprehensive knowledge and skills on Siemens Wind policy and procedures to enable them to execute their duties and strive for operational excellence. You will be part of a highly motivated team strongly committed to delivering high-level training. Our trainers act as role models, living and communicating the Siemens values. What are my responsibilities? · Training in leadership competencies (e.g. EHS, Finance, LEAN, Quality etc.) of internal parties in Denmark and abroad. The training is primarily based on classic learning principles and must be carried out in a positive learning environment. · Staying updated on the quality system and the relevant processes, and working in accordance with the quality system requirements. · Keeping up to date with developments in relation to regional demands and providing feedback to the Concept and Development department. · Contributing to the further development of training materials and software based on feedback from the participants and other internal stakeholders. In this connection, you will be primary responsible for carrying out test- and prototype trainings within your area of responsibility. The position is based at our headquarter in Brande but since we have training facilities all over the world frequent travelling must be expected (app. 120 days per year, primarily in UK and US) What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold extensive teaching experience and excel in front of your audience. · You are well versed in management theories, tools and systems. · You are a judge of character with a high tolerance towards other people. It comes natural to you to navigate easily in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation changes from time to time. In general, you demonstrate a “Can-Do” attitude, are self-driven but also possess a great sense of team spirit. · You have an analytical and structured approach to your work which enables you to smoothly plan and execute your training. · You are fluent in English – orally as well as in writing, and you are familiar with the most prevalent IT applications. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
