About the department You get the opportunity to join a high performing team in Kalundborg, Denmark, responsible for supporting our core processes across the Insulin manufacturing sites. In close collaboration with key stakeholders across DAPI and Product Supply, we establish the foundation for delivering on our quality strategy and key support tactics in order to improve our processes. The position You will support our Process Management and Quality Performance Department by analysing data, developing and communicating the results in order to support and improve our core processes. In this role you will perform targeted data reports and prepare presentations to address demands from our process groups, Project Managers, SVP Management team and steering groups as well as support the Quality Management Review process. Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 01. September 2016. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about data analysis and communication. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in pharmacy, public health, health services research, health economics/economics or other relevant field. General knowledge of good manufacturing practice, data analysis, data reporting systems, systematic reviews and communication preferred. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on.
