Ramboll’s Group Corporate Responsibility and Compliance department offers a unique opportunity gaining practical experience in working with corporate responsibility and compliance in a global context. We are a small, dynamic and passionate team consisting of four colleagues in the corporate function in Copenhagen and we are looking for an intern and a student assistant to assist us in our daily work. We work with development, implementation, reporting and communication of global corporate responsibility and compliance, and provide direction and support to the organisation globally on all matters within these areas. Your responsibilities As an Intern or Student Assistant you will have a wide range of responsibilities. You will assist in production of annual CR report and developing KPIs and reporting. You will also coordinate yearly CR and Compliance reporting and be point of contact to local business units. Furthermore, your tasks will also be to: •Write English texts and proofreading, including developing global policies and guidelines •Assist in developing communication and training material to management and employees •Assist in developing implementation plans •Conduct desk top research •Update intranet and databases •Perform administrative ad hoc tasks You and your competencies We expect that you are under relevant education e.g. bachelor student within CSR, sustainability, compliance, communication etc. and have a strong interest in these subjects. You like to work with communicative and reporting tasks and have excellent English written skills. Moreover, you are skilled at PowerPoint and Excel preferably including writing formulas and pivot tables. You are also good at the following: •Planning and meeting deadlines •Working independently and structured •Thrives in a dynamic environment As a person you are positive with a can-do attitude, you are a team player and you are flexible, thorough, and responsible.
