About the departments Building Maintenance and Governance & Office Projects are part of Corporate Facilities. Corporate Facilities is responsible for facility management and other facility related services throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark. Corporate Facilities consists of 275 employees and is responsible for approximately 1,000 outsourced positions within its area of responsibility. Building Maintenance is responsible for exterior and interior maintenance, area maintenance, and fire and safety equipment and has 11 employees. Governance & Office Projects is responsible for building projects related to the office portfolio in Denmark including the appertaining governance. The department has ten employees. The job You will be involved in various projects and the ongoing day-to-day business processes in close cooperation with the colleagues in either of the departments. Qualifications We are looking for interns who are passionate about facilities management. You are currently studying on your bachelor or master’s degree as building engineer, constructing architect or similar relevant field. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English as well as a Scandinavian language is a requirement; sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Finally, you must have willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies or last year of their bachelor study.
