Would you like to apply your international experience and strong stakeholder management skills to drive the STEM programs FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) and Junior FIRST® LEGO® League (Jr. FLL) for more than 260.000 children across the globe? Develop and manage FLL and Jr. FLL in a strong partner community with a focus on ensuring the optimal user experience, growth and quality In this position, you will join the competitions team in LEGO Education who develop and manage the not-for-profit FLL and Jr. FLL programs. The programs are managed in close partnership with FIRST as well as internal and external stakeholder/partners. FLL and Jr. FLL are grounded in the spirit of discovery and celebration empowering confident and effective learners. These programs are characterized by being project-based, hands-on, unique, relevant and engaging. More than 260.000 children from 80 countries around the world participate in these events. More specifically, you: Work in close collaboration with our partners from FIRST to optimize program implementation. Cooperate with stakeholders like LEGO Education Sales and Marketing to create synergies around competitions and sales/marketing activities. Through this you secure broader reach in alignment with the LEGO Brand Framework and LEGO Education Learning Philosophy. Secure steady growth in number of participating teams and qualify new partners, including providing support and guidance in program execution. Contribute to a strong teamwork Seek and share market insights to identify future development areas and program impact. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 25 days per year. Inherently you have a strong commercial, coordination and implementation set of skills to structure and persuade in a collaborative way. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have at least a bachelor degree in Marketing, International Business or similar combined with a global mindset and cross-cultural understanding. Have previously succeeded in product, marketing or event management positions from B-t-B, B-t-C or B-t-P. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and 3-5 years of relevant experience, working with international partners and NGOs, development and program management and /or event management. Speak and write English proficiently. Other language competences like for instance Spanish would be preferable.
