- Management - Denmark - Bagsværd Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of managing two independent international manufacturing sites of Novo Nordisk? Are you a structured and proactive business professional who can spar with senior management and maintain an overview while attending to the necessary details? Are you familiar with the NN business processes and an international mind-set? Then you may be our new International Manufacturing Business Partner, who will liaise between the headquarters of Contract and Local Manufacturing (CLM) in Bagsværd and the Koriyama Factory (KFA), in Japan and Kaluga Factory (LMK), in Russia, respectively. About the department Contract and Local Manufacturing (CLM) is responsible for all Novo Nordisk contracts and licence manufacturing of semi-finished and finished drug products to local and global markets. CLM comprises of around 280 employees with 40 based in Denmark, 120 in Kaluga Russia and 120 in Koriyama Japan. Our main office is located in Bagsværd, Denmark, which will also be your main location. The Job As International Manufacturing Business Partner, it is your primary responsibility to ensure that policies, practices, expectations and results are communicated between the two manufacturing sites and the headquarters of CLM. You will liaise with senior management in KFA and LMK to understand the situation and challenges, and enable them to find solutions within PS to overcome them. You will provide direction for their business goals, and follow-up on their performance. Finally, you will plan and execute quarterly meetings at both sites with the senior management of the international site and of CLM, respectively. This is a unique opportunity to be introduced to all aspects of running an international manufacturing organisation, as well as your chance to further develop your general understanding of the business processes in NN and how to engage with senior stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, and where you have a direct influence on our ability to deliver to the patients in Russia and Japan. Qualifications You hold an academic degree (Pharmacy, Engineering or Business Administration) and you have 3-5 years of experience within a business support function or project management position. You have relevant international experiences and a great understanding of cultural differences. You have great organisation and communication skills, including excellent spoken and written presentation skills. Additionally, you have a strong personal drive enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results in a challenging environment.
