Then you might just be the next consultant we are looking for, to join our Project Acquisition Team! Your responsibilities in our project acquisition team As part of our project acquisition team, you will refer directly to our Business Development and HR manager. You will be a part of a young and dynamic team where responsibility is distributed on a project basis, and teamwork is an integral part of the job. The team will train you in the various disciplines within the field ensure that you learn all aspects of project acquisition and management. Delivering high-quality, taking responsibility, and timely planning and execution of your tasks are keys to succeed in this role. Your main tasks in the position will include:

• Communication at a high level, with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds, including government officials, international donors and experts.
• Sourcing of project opportunities, partners and experts for future projects
• Negotiation of contracts and agreements with partners and experts
• Budgeting, planning and allocation of resources within each project
• Structuring and delivering large proposals with a top quality

A dedicated team player with strong communicative skills In this position, you will be the connective link between all involved stakeholders at the initiation of a new project. Therefore, it is vital that you are highly flexible in your work and able the manage multiple processes, questions and deadlines at the same time, while keeping your communication professional and composed. The most important thing for us is the chemistry between you and our existing team, and that you contribute positively to our existing work environment, which is characterized as open and flexible, with a strong involvement of your opinion in the decision-making process. Exchange of knowledge across employees and departments is key to our way of working, therefore we expect you to engage in this process on a daily basis In addition to the above, as a graduate at NTU we expect you to have:

• A Master's degree within the Social Sciences e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a something similar.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in performing similar tasks through student jobs, internships or full-time positions is considered an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French would also be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to adapt your communication to suit different recipients
• Great teamworking and people skills as well as independent drive and an eye for detail
• A structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Conditions

The position is a full-time position in our office in Aalborg, Denmark. Salary will be based on your individual abilities. We offer flexible work arrangements, and a great and welcoming work environment. The start date will be decided upon availability of the selected candidate but is expected to be from March 2019. For the right candidate, there will be a possibility to start on our onboarding program part-time while finishing your master's thesis.
