About the department We are offering internships in the following departments Customer Events & PR; NovoRapid®; NovoMix®; Levemir® ; Digital Marketing; Team Novo Nordisk & Projects. The job Customer Events & PR is a team within Global Marketing, responsible for planning and executing global customer engagement activities such as international congresses, scientific meetings as well as our media events. As part of the team you will: Start-up of new digital marketing projects reaching Healthcare Professionals ; Project management and/or support to one of the smaller/medium congresses or scientific events planned for 2016; Support planning & execution of the most important and biggest yearly international congress ADA, taking place in San Diego. NovoRapid® is a fast acting mealtime insulin and the biggest brand of our company. As part of the team you will Support the development of cycle materials and cycle presentation to affiliate marketers; Support non-personal selling initiatives; Support education initiatives; Support life cycle management projects; Develop and update performance trackers. NovoMix® is a Premix insulin treatment for type 2 diabetes. As part of the team you will Support development of cycle materials and cycle presentation to affiliate marketers; Support internal communication; Support life cycle management projects; Develop and update performance trackers. Levemir® is a long-acting basal insulin. As part of the team you will Support the commercialization of new publication to support differentiation; Development of cycle materials and cycle presentation to affiliate marketers; Support non-personal selling initiatives; Support education initiatives; Support life cycle management projects. Digital Marketing is responsible for implementing the Global Marketing digital strategy. The group consists of brand, media and project specialists. We support Novo Nordisk digital promotional activities as well as providing the foundation for a global to local approach within these channels. As part of the team you will Participate in implementation of Relation Marketing (digital campaign) in pilot markets; Drive Digital KPI and analysis towards brand teams; Participate in Digital Strategy update; Support other digital change management activities e.g. Global Material Localisation. Team Novo Nordisk & Projects is the Global Marketing team responsible for the sponsorship of the world’s first all-diabetes professional cycling team, Team Novo Nordisk (see more on http://www.teamnovonordisk.com ). As part of the team you will Organising and executing activities around professional cycling races around the world; Coordinating riders speaker engagements; Planning of Team Novo Nordisk congress attendance; Creating a roll-out plan for the new team mascot. Qualifications We are looking for interns who are passionate about marketing, project management and effective (internal & external) communication. It is expected that you are capable and committed to quickly become an integrated team member by understanding and navigating in complex working processes. You are expected to be proactive and forward planning and to have the ability to challenge the current state. We expect both a strong analytical and creative mind-set, significant personal drive, and an excellent command of written and spoken English. You take a methodical approach to your work and tasks, but demonstrate flexibility when priorities change.
