About the department You will be joining department 624, Utility & Site Support in Bagsværd, Denmark. The department is responsible for Production Support, Site Maintenance and Utility. We are 40 dedicated colleagues providing support to the aseptic production. We monitor and ensure a stable supply of e.g. water, steam, and ventilation. We ensure that all equipment is calibrated and that our facilities are in a good condition. Our workshop produces spare parts and equipment for Novo Nordisk globally. The department is also responsible for coordinate the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) across the site and ensuring that we follow ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and Danish legislations. The job You will assist our EHS coordinators in solving various EHS tasks, with primary focus on ensuring our management systems ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and Danish legislations. One of your tasks will be to collect data on the technical equipment in our production and set up a management system to ensure, that we always comply with current EHS regulation on technical equipment27. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about EHS. We expect candidates to be service minded thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude; ability to manage several projects at the same time; sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. Finally, you must have a strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: August/September 2015 (Flexible).
