Our internships provide exciting learning opportunities for students who bring new ways of thinking to our company. About the department CR&SM Solutions is part Corporate IT at Novo Nordisk A/S. In Corporate IT we plan, implement, support, maintain, operate and provide governance for the IT infrastructure and systems used throughout Novo Nordisk. CR&SM Solutions function as a centre of excellence for the global HR & Sales and Marketing systems. We support our business areas across the Globe and help them address their specific challenges. You get the opportunity to join a team of 13 employees with a variety of backgrounds, 10 based in Denmark and 3 based in India. The job We work with maintenance & optimization of IT Systems and are part of several global IT projects as well. This requires a lot of planning, coordination and overview, which is one of the areas you will be involved in during the internship. You will take part in various projects and tasks related to vendor and stakeholder management, workshop planning, coordination meetings, project workshops and project tasks etc. The right candidate will have plenty of opportunities to be track lead of the projects he/she will be involved in. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about IT, project management and communication. You are currently studying on your master degree in IT, HR, communication or related fields. The ideal candidate has experience with Project Management and IT. Knowledge about ITIL would be an advantage. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humor to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 1 August 2015 or 1 September 2015.
