About the department Global Safety Project Office is a project management department within Global Safety. Global Safety is globally responsible for patient safety and product quality in Novo Nordisk. Global Safety Project Office drives global strategic projects and the IT strategy for Global Safety. We collaborate with internal and external partners with regard to implementation of new or updated IT systems and/or new or improved business processes. In your work you will get hands-on experience with best practice project management methods and tools. You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 10 employees including 2 colleagues situated in Bangalore, India. The professional backgrounds in the department are diverse, however, primarily within IT project management and management consulting. The job As an intern in Global Safety Project Office, you will participate in various projects as a junior project manager together with more experienced project members. Your tasks will vary widely, and include analyses, information gathering, participating in team problem solving, managing stakeholders and independently driving own work streams. Qualifications You are a master degree student within IT, Pharma, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. You take an interest in project management, pharma and IT. You are among the best in your class, proficient in English, with profound analytical skills and are used to working both independently and in teams. Finally, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and a good sense of humor.
