About the department Novo Nordisk Consulting (formerly FLIR Consulting) is an in-house management consultancy reporting directly to the CFO. We drive key strategic projects across the full value chain of Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 15 dedicated employees with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, Qvartz, etc.) or with previous Novo Nordisk experience. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence. In your work you will get hands-on experience with the management consulting toolbox. The position As an intern in Novo Nordisk Consulting, you will participate in various projects as a junior consultant together with more experienced project members. Your tasks will vary widely, and include analyses, information gathering, participating in team problem solving, managing stakeholders and independently driving own work streams Time period: The internship position is a full-time position for 5-6 months. Start date: 1. August (some flexibility). Qualifications You are a master’s degree student within Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. You take an interest in management consulting and project management. You are among the best in your class, proficient in English and are used to working both independently and in teams. Finally, you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Your development is important to us. Training, feedback and personal development plans are key tools to ensure your tasks continue to challenge you while developing or sharpening your consulting toolbox.
