About the department Department 5717 production support is the service supply department of IM1. We support the production with varies key elements, including skilled workers handling calibration and equipment maintenance, chemists support in regard to the internal environment and documentation, as well as supplying the production with water, ethanol, solvents within the specified parameters. The entire department impacts cross organizational, which means we are at the base of every part of the process. This requires a high degree of flexibility and collaboration, in a fast paced environment. As we go along, everything is documented and archived, which is an important part of the GMP environment. The job You will support the department with different tasks, from data collecting in regards to maintenance plans, to update and align our standard operation procedures (SOP). You will be handling batchdocumenation, and other varieties of document handling. You will thereby be a key part of handling the foundation for other tasks that have a high priority Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about data analysis and handling. You are currently studying your masters’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, health services research, microbiology, chemistry, biologi or other related fields, that you think would qualify you. Any experience within GxP would be an advantage. As a person you are passionate, analytical and have a high level of personal drive. You can handle multiple tasks, with changing priorities. Flexibility and coping mechanisms are key. You thrive in a situation where collaborating tasks, in order to help others, and help us move forward is key. Since we support the production, a polite, dynamic, informative, flexibil and serviceminded attitude, with a 360 degree view of customers, documentation and implications are essential. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
