About the department RA Business Support is a newly established department within the RA Strategic Development area, which employs 14 dedicated people responsible for various business support activities with reach and impact across the global RA organisation. Here Regulatory Learning plays an important part in ensuring that the organisation is qualified and competent in the RA process by offering various training activities to different roles in the organisation. Furthermore we support the RA Business Plan by giving input on project related training in order to meet current business needs and prepare for future challenges. The position As Regulatory Learning Intern you become a part of the team driving training activities, training related projects and quality activities, and will get deeply involved in the planning and development of key activities supporting our global organisation. You will experience to take business challenges all the way from problem identification through analysis to presentation of your solution for management and be responsible for development of management presentations, various analyses and communication material. In RA Business Support we invest strongly in our 2-3 Interns who play an important role. During the 6 months you will learn how to deliver strong and profound results in an efficient and value adding way. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months. Start date: 01 August 2016 Qualifications Currently you are pursuing a relevant Master’s degree within Business Administration, HR, Educational Science or similar. As a person you are highly driven, always proactive and hold strong analytical skills. Delivering results is vital for you and due to a structured mind-set you are capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality while being involved in several projects simultaneously. You are a team player who can interact with employees at all levels in a multicultural working environment and understand the importance of being service-minded and ready for ad hoc tasks. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required for this role as well as flair for IT (Excel and Power Point).
