About the department You get the opportunity to join an expanding, very international, high performing and dynamic young team in Søborg, Denmark. Strategic Pricing is responsible for developing global pricing & contracting strategies for our pipeline products as well as for engaging with Regional and Affiliate teams to develop scenarios and provide critical actionable recommendations to senior management regarding pricing & reimbursement negotiations, tender submissions and competitor counter-strategies. Given involvement and deliverables across the entire life cycle of a project/product, Strategic Pricing works with an impressive array of internal and external stakeholders, from early commercialization teams, to Insights & Forecasting, Brand Teams, Regions and Affiliates, Investor Relations, Competitive Intelligence and Senior Management. The job You will work with our Global Pricing Managers on multiple projects and deliverables and across product and geographies. You will contribute to the development and roll-out of state-of-the-art Pricing Insight generation tools and processes, such as for reference pricing, list and net price tracking, reimbursement status, tendering, strategic planning process and market access rates. You will also be involved in supporting price dispensation cases, pricing and payer research, as well as ad-hoc pricing analytics. You will also have a chance to engage in your work with the other Global Market Access functions as well as with other Global Marketing stakeholders, Regions and Affiliates. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about strategy and analytics, can learn complex processes fast and deliver under tight timelines, can communicate well with a wide variety of stakeholders, is culturally aware and empathetic and has a customer-oriented mindset. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and have a proactive, can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English is a pre-requisite; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication with a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Practicalities Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
