For our Onshore Transport & Service Solutions office, we are looking for a innovative, idea daring and highly motivated intern (37 hours/week) to work on project management coordination. Internships are setup for a period of up to 6 months. What are my responsibilities? · Assist in ongoing internal projects in the department · Assist management with report preparation · Conduct researches in the area relevant for the internal projects · Prepare minutes of meetings · Assist in ad-hoc tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are an enrolled master student within Logistics and Transportation · You are a strong communicator and have a strong interest within project management · A skilled user of MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint · You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural environment · You are able to communicate fluently in English – oral as well as written In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
