Lead Consultant to SAP Finance and S/4 HANA

Collaborate with many different experts

In this role, you join a team of 20 highly competent IT professionals, located around the world, who deliver financial management solutions. As our new lead consultant, you become the driving factor in the upcoming SAP S/4Hana digitalisation journey within Finance.

“You will collaborate broadly with architects and process professionals within our IT department, but you also reach out to and discuss our solutions with Group Finance, including FP&A, Corporate Finance and our Finance Excellence team,” says your future leader, Manager Stine M. Jensen.

Lead our FI/CO architecture

In short, your job is to be the front-runner on our new FI/CO architecture. You will drive our process owner team and enable great teamwork between all process owners. And listening to our Finance organization, and reflecting on our strategic goals, you will ensure that we deliver the best possible solutions. Thus, you have a major say on our FI/CO direction and how we implement SAP S/4Hana, making sure it links with the Grundfos Group and Grundfos IT business platform and strategy. On a day-to-day basis, this includes:

  • Participating in creating our Finance area IT strategy
  • Delivering business consultancy towards our business units
  • Securing the financial information architecture and solutions are aligned with the overall architectural framework
  • Acting as the escalation point for architectural issues within finance
  • Drive architectural discussions with business stakeholders
  • Participating in both architectural- and finance business development projects

Experience with FI/CO and leading processes

Due to the breadth of collaboration partners, you will need to be an excellent communicator who is comfortable reaching out to and instructing peers near and far. Also, you thrive in an international environment where your informal attitude helps you share knowledge and navigate easily between IT and Finance departments. Finally, you look forward to getting to know our business.

Your qualifications: 

  • You have experience managing IT processes
  • You have 5+ years of experience from a similar job
  • You have executed complex or specialised projects and activities within IT and IT consultancy
  • You know SAP FI/CO best practices and integration to other SAP modules
  • You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA
