For the IT department “Business Alignment” based in Brande, we are looking for experienced IT Account Manager. The IT Account Manager manages an IT-oriented business relationship within the assigned area of divisional or regional responsibility and acts as an interface between business and IT delivery. In this role, you will be part of Siemens Global Services IT responsible for operating and improving the IT landscape for Siemens Wind Power. You will be interfacing with the business decision making levels up to the division CEO /CFO establishing global relationships for the responsible area within Siemens Wind Power. It will be you primary focus to coordinate the global support functions and be the interface for the relevant Demand Managers. We expect you to utilize your proven change management experiences and ability to actively engage in influencing others to support initiatives and a collaborative culture while building strong enduring customer relationships. Your leadership skills will further be required to focus, align and build effective intercultural groups across functions and organizations. What are my responsibilities? • Managing the relationship with Wind Power Market Units Onshore and Offshore (CRM, Sales, Project Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Outbound Logistics) and serves as the interface between the business and the Siemens IT on a global basis. • Developing the IT strategy and IT budget of the assigned area of responsibility according to business requirements and in alignment with IT governance and impacted centers of delivery. • Guides the implementation and/or administration of IT policies, guidelines, programs and standards, in organizational unit(s) assigned • Manages completion of budget planning’s and IT related reporting. • Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of the assigned area of responsibility, in all IT related issues and initiates improvements.. • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. • Clarifies cases as an escalation point. • Coordinates the Business Alignment Team for the Market Units and acts as their interface to the Demand Management What do I need to qualify for this job? • An academic background within Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar education and several years of experience in ERP consulting, IT Requirement Engineering and/or IT Project Management • A broad knowledge of technical and process related aspects of IT • Ability to utilize your know-how in requirement engineering processes as well as experience in implementing business processes into an IT Landscape • Preferably you are familiar with Enterprise Architecture Management and the TOGAF & ITEL methodologies • As a person, you are proactive and self-determined, you take responsibility for your work and you possess strong analytical, coordination and collaboration skills • You are customer-focused and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills across levels in an organization and are fluent in both spoken and written English • You are able to travel to locations in Denmark as well as to the Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany on a regular basis and to international locations on request • Wind Power specific knowledge is not a requirement but considered and advantage In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
