About the Job As our IT Administrator you will be part of our DevOps Team of 8 colleagues. Here, your main responsibility is to make sure that your colleagues’ IT equipment is running smoothly at all times and that your colleagues have the equipment they need. Thus, you keep the internal IT service level up by: •troubleshooting hardware and software issues •handling purchases of new hardware and software to ensure your colleagues get the equipment they need, when they need it •keeping an overview of our licenses and test devices •setting up new colleagues’ IT equipment – sometimes with short notice •building your server knowledge and, in time, maintaining our servers We are an informal organisation with no set processes. So with us, you get to shape the content of your job within its framework and take on more responsibility if you want. We will build your knowledge based on your interests within e.g. servers, cloud, users or Amazon. Also, we are in rapid growth and constantly changing, so if you need new tools or come up with smarter ways of working, we are ready to try your suggestions. About You You love to service your colleagues and you are the warrant that their equipment is fully functional. Doing so, you translate technical IT lingo into solutions – also for your colleagues that are not that tech savvy. While constantly engaging with your colleagues, you know how to prioritise your tasks to ensure that when an important assignment presents itself, you easily switch tasks. Moreover, you: •hold an education within IT, as a supporter, data technician or similar •have at least 2 years of operational experience in a similar position, where you have touched upon working with servers •speak and write English effortlessly, as we have many nationalities working for us About Us MovieStarPlanet ApS is the company behind MovieStarPlanet.com, BooniePlanet.com and RoboBlastPlanet.com - games and social networks for tweens aged 8-15 years.
