About the position

Within the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) IT Organization "IT Business Administration" (IT BA) defines and maintains the overall financial framework for the SGRE IT Organization in close collaboration with the SGRE Financial Community.
In your role as Assistant Professional you are supporting the IT BA function globally as well as the Management Team of IT Denmark.

What are my responsibilities in this position?

  • Participate and support manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects.
  • Monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Analyze strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional area.
  • Gather, analyze and evaluate relevant data, and provide comprehensive reports and decision memos.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
  • Schedule, prepare and accompany appointments and meetings, complete minutes of meetings.
  • May coordinate and establish travel arrangements. Manage in- and outbound correspondence.
  • Manage integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
  • Prepare annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • As a person, you are result-oriented, structured and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
  • You are willing to take ownership and are driven by a professional curiosity
  • Experience in the use of IT tools (SAP, Excel and Power Point), OneSRM for Purchasing and SAP for Invoice Verification and Approvals
  • Very good English skills, both orally and in writing
  • >3 years' experience in a similar/ comparable position
