- Sourcing - Denmark - Bagsværd Be a part of Novo Nordisk IT Sourcing with focus on Product Supply and work in one of the largest and most successful pharmaceutical companies. About the department Corporate Procurement, Product Supply and Corporate IT have decided to join forces and create a new PS-IT Sourcing Team with the purpose of enabling the Product Supply global IT organization to reduce cost on IT spend. The team will be organized under Corporate Procurement, and the job will be executed in close collaboration with Product Supply IT professionals. The job You and the PS-IT Sourcing team will be responsible for identifying sourcing opportunities, and together with the projects and budget owners convert these opportunities into negotiation situations where you will take the lead on some of these. A strong focus on creating sourcing pipeline, being able to support budget owners in converting their needs into negotiations and at the same time creating business value is key to success in this position. In the PS-IT Sourcing Team you will also be responsible for market knowledge, sourcing best practice, coordinating and aligning sourcing activities with other sourcing activities undertaken in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You have at least 5-7 years relevant sourcing or contracting experience and a track record in delivering above average results. You have experience from either sourcing or selling within IT categories. You have strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills. You have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise and execute. You are robust, highly self-motivating, very result oriented, always raising the bar for yourself and encouraging your peers to follow. You communicate and sell your ideas effectively and have the ability to take the lead and work with many stakeholders, colleagues, and management. You are fluent in English. You probably hold a relevant Master’s degree in Business, Law or IT.
