Job Description

From day one you will be responsible for your own tasks and be included in different projects regarding the business that we support. Don’t worry, help is never far away, as you will be a part of a strong, dedicated team, working closely together in a global setup across Danfoss Group IT.

Supporting the business
As a IT Consultant, you will be a key person in different aspects of IT projects within HR & EHS – from the definition of requirements to the final implementation at all Danfoss locations worldwide. You will support the business being part of IT programs and projects in cooperation with your colleagues.

You will work with various IT systems in the area of Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll and EHS, but the demands and the way we are using these IT systems are constantly shifting, and you will contribute to future changes, developments and improvements.

In this job, you will face a challenging working day and varying projects that has an impact on all organizational levels.Therefore, we need you to be ready for changes!

Talent with ambitions and a “can-do” attitude
There is more than one way in to this position, you can be a newly graduate otherwise you have relevant work experience within IT or/and HR. But for you to be able to handle the challenges in this job, we expect you to hold a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or several years of relevant experience. As such, your toolbox is loaded with knowledge that will help you to support, plan and drive processes. But we will also do our best to support you by matching you with a mentor, who will be your sparring partner and give you the job specific tools you may need.
 
On a more personal note, you have a good drive, are eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. You are known for your open-mind and communicative approach. This enables you to build relations and cooperate across cultures and geography. At the same time, you can work independently, pay attention to detail and your structured way of working permits you to come up with the right solutions, and you are willing to make the necessary decisions. It is a must that you are fluent in English, both orally and written.
