Description Do you have the skills and the experience to develop and operate the financial models in Global IT? Can you ensure that Global IT is in full control over cost, financial forecasts and budgets? We are looking for an IT Financial Business Partner with strong stakeholder management skills and with IT operational experience from an enterprise and project oriented environment. Finance, Global IT, IT Performance Management, IT Financial & Performance Management Global IT is the business area responsible for all IT within Vestas Wind Systems A/S, and with reference to the Group CFO, Global IT covers everything from business engagement and requirements gathering to project implementations, infrastructure operations, Service Integration between vendors and end user support. From 1st of October Global IT will implement both a new operating model as well as a new organizational structure. The IT Financials & Performance Management team will belong to the CIO Office area responsible for Management and capability development of the Global IT organization and its processes and tools to support these processes; Ways of Working, Financial Management and Performance Management. Responsibilities: The IT Financial Business Partner works in the space between classical financial controlling and the IT Services provided by the organization, making sure that there is a clean link between the components we source that makes up a business IT service, the cost associated with the components and the way the cost are booked both from a financial perspective as well as ensuring the link to the business IT service. The main tasks will be related to develop and operate the financial models in IT, and follow up related to our main sourcing partners for IT operations and Application development and services. Core financial tools and services (payments, booking of cost, reporting) is provided by our Global Finance function, and the job also contains an interface and daily working relation to the Vestas Global Finance Organization. Together with other IT Financial Business Partner colleagues you will oversee the following areas of responsibility: Supporting the implementation and operation of major sourcing agreement for IT services in a sourced multi-vendor delivery setup. Ensures that Global IT is in full control over cost, financial forecasts and budgets. Be driver or key contributor to internal and external benchmarking. Bridge the finance processes to the strategic targets of organisational transformation activities, e.g. in realization of IT Vision and Sourcing Strategy. Be driver or key contributor to development of new IT funding model in Vestas including showback and chargeback Leading, coaching, and guiding student workers in IT Financial and performance management department.
