Use your expertise to play a key part in forming the future of IT in the LEGO Group seen from a user device perspective. This is a great opportunity for an IT infrastructure specialist who likes to travel and would like to help design the future digital workplace for all LEGO Employees. Global infrastructure responsibility You will join the End User Solutions team in Corporate IT Technology and Security, which is globally responsible for the desktop concept, Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Collaboration (UC) technologies as well as infrastructure monitoring. Here, you ensure the platforms and solutions are designed technically and functionally, so our end users benefit from a great user experience, and your tasks will include: Participating in the full process from identifying and describing the solution or platform needed - over selecting partners - to implementing the solution and maintaining the system Continuing the development of our PC environment, based on Windows and Mac clients, including design and concept ownership, security, patching and updates as well as the antivirus concept Expanding our AV and UC initiatives by delivering the latest and greatest solutions to our offices around the world Securing end user satisfaction by driving global initiatives with e.g. performance optimisation or stream less integration between the desktop applications and the different user devices Participating in the general infrastructure architectural decisions across technologies, including taking part in relevant discussion /decision forums around infrastructure Development Collaboration and mutual value creation You will join a company where we strive to inspire, motivate and engage children around the world. This position allows you to go beyond your own area of responsibility and in collaboration with your colleagues view challenges and problems from a holistic point of view. Are you an expert on infrastructure? Perhaps you have a background as a travelling Microsoft consultant, or from large software company or consultancy, giving you the skills to travel the world to help with architecture and technical installations. Now you are ready for a job with more stability where you are at home with your family 60-90 % of the time. In addition, you: Are experienced within the Desktop Management area, are familiar with the Microsoft System Center suite and ITIL frameworks and you have great architectural skills Hold a relevant Bachelor or Master level education combined with relevant certifications Communicate effortlessly in English, both in speech and writing Are outgoing and collaborative by nature, and you use your empathetic approach to understand your stakeholders' needs, thus enabling you to provide value adding solutions Must be flexible in terms of travelling, as it can vary from year to year - e.g. business trips lasting 1-2 weeks for meetings, as well as longer trips lasting 1-2 months to implement new systems globally Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the organization.
